Returns and Refunds
When you place an order through our store, your order will go into production. We do not hold an inventory, so unfortunately it is not possible for us to accept returns or make refunds.
If you place an order and realize you made a mistake, you have a window of approximately 2 hours to make changes to your order (quantity, style, address, etc.) before the order is finally sent into production. Unfortunately after this 2 hour window, there is no way to stop it from going to production.
If you receive your order and your goods are damaged, please write us at email@example.com, including a photo showing the damages and your order number and we will provide a replacement or refund.
If you never receive your order, but the tracking number shows the package was delivered, unfortunately we cannot issue a refund. Alternatively, if your package is lost in transit, we will ship out a replacement.
